Preparing oneself before taking this type of journey is the first and most important step.  Making the choice to do so is not an easy thing for an individual.  I can work with you to prepare yourself to receive the most benefit from your experience.  I can work with you helping you prepare yourself for the journey you are about to embark upon.  Working with you where you are in your life, setting intentions and providing insights in how to work with your mind to help you have a rewarding experience.

An Ayahuasca experience can be extremely transformational and life changing.  The most important part however is what you do with it afterwards.  How do you take the insights and knowledge you gained in your ceremonies and incorporate them into your life? 

With my background working with Ayahuasca, Buddhism and meditation I can assist you with unpacking your experience.  With these tools I can and help you find ways to be happier, have more freedom and joy and to integrate your experience into your life.
